Similarities of WG, MPA and PI-NCGN

WG, MPA, and PI-NCGN share a pathologically identical glomerular lesion (i.e., pauci-immune necrotizing and crescentic glomerulonephritis) WG and MPA have systemic small vessel vasculitis that resembles the glomerular lesion pathologically WG differs only with respect to superimposed necrotizing granulomatous inflammation
