Microscopic Polyangiitis
     |
Necrotizing vasculitis with few or no immune deposits affecting small
vessels, i.e. capillaries, venules, or arterioles. Necrotizing arteritis
involving small and medium-sized arteries may be present.
Necrotizing glomerulonephritis is very common. Pulmonary capillaritis
often occurs.
