ANCA serologyAnca serology has developed rapidly since the description of the close relationship between C-ANCA (then called ACPA) and Wegener's granulomatosis in 1995. This section will inform you about the current state of the art on ANCA testing by indirect immuno-fluorescence (IIF) as well as by enzyme-immunoassays (EIA) including guidelines for interpretation of test results.
